Airbus: Air Astana receives first A321LR
(CercleFinance.com) - Air Astana, Kazakhstan's national airline, has received its first A321LR.
This A321LR will add to the airline's Airbus fleet of 18 Airbus planes (eight A320, four A321, three A320neo and three A321neo).
Powered by Pratt & Whitney engines, Air Astana's A321LR has 166 seats in two different classes (16 Business and 150 Economy class seats).
With this new A321LR, the Kazakh airline will continue its growth strategy, expanding its network to both European and Asian destinations.
The A320neo and its derivatives are the world's best-selling single-aisle aircraft family with over 6,500 orders from over 100 customers.
