Airbus: strategic partnership with Dassault Systèmes
(CercleFinance.com) - Airbus and Dassault Systèmes have announced signing a five-year Memorandum of Agreement for the joint implementation of collaborative applications in the Fields of 3D Design, engineering, manufacturing, simulation and intelligence.
Under this agreement, the aircraft manufacturer will deploy Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform, carrying out the design, manufacturing and digital services (DDMS) a reality in all of its divisions and all of its product lines.
"DDMS paves the way for breakthroughs in new product design, operational performance, support and maintenance, customer satisfaction and new business models," the companies said.
