Airbus: Delta's A220-100 leaves paint hangar
(CercleFinance.com) - The first of Delta Air Lines' Airbus A220-100 left its paint hangar this week of the final A220 assembly line in Mirabel, Quebec.
Delta will be the first American airline to receive the A220.
The aircraft will now complete pre-flight activities in the hangar on the A220 flight line in Mirabel before taking off for its maiden flight this autumn.
Delta's first A220 is expected to enter into service in early 2019.
