Airbus: first ACJ320neo assembled
(CercleFinance.com) - Airbus today announces that the first ACJ320neo has been assembled and equipped with CFM International LEAP-1A engines, in preparation for its maiden flight in the next few weeks.
The aircraft's delivery, which Airbus says opens up a new era in business aviation, is scheduled for the last quarter of the year. It will carry 25 passengers for 13 hours or 11,100 km, which will be suitable for flights such as London-to-Beijing or Moscow-to-Los Angeles.
"Orders for the ACJ320neo Family stand at nine aircraft, comprising three ACJ319neo and six ACJ320neo aircraft," Airbus says.
