Airbus: 380 planes delivered from January to July
(CercleFinance.com) - Yesterday, Airbus summarised its commercial and industrial activity for July.
Last month, the European aircraft manufacturer recorded 214 commercial aircraft orders, including 156 of the A320 family, four A330ceo, and as many A330neo, 36 A350s and 14 A380 superjumbos.
Regarding deliveries, which reflect the group's industrial activity, 50 clients received Airbus aircraft last month, including 63 aircraft from the A320 family, with 44 A320 neo and A321neo aircraft. For the first time, Airbus delivered two A220s; formerly Bombardier's Cseries.
Since the start of the year, Airbus has delivered 380 civil aircraft, including 304 single-aisle aircraft, including 154 A320neo and A321neo. For the whole of 2018, the group aims to deliver about 800 planes.
At the end of July, there were 7,464 entries in Airbus Commercial order book.
