Airbus: order from future US airline
(CercleFinance.com) - Today, Airbus announced that a future US airline has committed to order 60 A220-300 aeroplanes, with deliveries to start in 2021.
This new airline is backed by a group of experienced investors, headed up by David Neeleman (founder of JetBlue, investor of TAP in Portugal and shareholder of Azul Airlines in Brazil).
“With deliveries starting in 2021, we will have ample time to assemble a world-class management team and another winning business model”, commented David Neeleman.
