Airbus: MoU for 25 A321neos and 75 A320neos
(CercleFinance.com) - Airbus announces the signature of a Memorandum of Understanding with an undisclosed client for 25 A321neos and 75 A320neos.
The agreement is for a total of 100 additional aircraft from the A320neo family.
The engine selection will be made at a later date.
The A320neo comprises all the latest technology, notably new generation engines and Sharklets, which generate more than 15% in fuel and CO2 savings and 20% horizon 2020.
With more than 6,100 orders received from more than 100 clients, the A320neo family represents approximately 60% of the market.
