Airbus: order from STARLUX Airlines for A350 XWB
(CercleFinance.com) - The group announces an order from Taiwanese STARLUX Airlines.
The company has selected the all-new A350 XWB for its future long-haul fleet following the signature of a Memorandum of Understanding for the purchase of 17 planes, including 12 A350-100 and five A350-900.
The agreement was announced at the Farnborough Airshow in the UK by Chang Kuo-wei, founder and Chairman of STARLUX Airlines and Eric Schulz, Airbus Chief Commercial Officer.
The company will develop a network covering destinations throughout Asia and long-haul services to North America.
