Airbus Group: contract with Zodiac Aerospace
(CercleFinance.com) - Airbus Group and Zodiac Aerospace have signed a partnership agreement to develop and market sleeper modules for passengers, it was announced at lunchtime on Tuesday.
Installed on cargo decks of commercial aircraft, these modules will provide opportunities for new passenger services to enhance their travel experience, while enabling airlines to differentiate and generate additional revenue on their commercial flights.
These new passenger modules will be easily interchangeable with conventional cargo containers and can be modified during the regular rotation time. In addition, the aircraft's cargo floor and the container loading system will not be affected in any way, with the modules lying directly above.
