Airbus Group: big order in Greece

(CercleFinance.com) - The largest Greek airline, Aegean Airlines, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Airbus group for the delivery of 30 aircraft of the A320 family.


In detail, Aegan Airlines has bought 20 A320 NEO (New Engine Option) and 10 A321 NEO. The company will also acquire a "significant number of A320 aircraft for rental purposes, the European aircraft maker said.

Aegean Airlines currently operates a fleet of 46 Airbus, including 37 A320, 8 A321 and one A319.
