Airbus: 2017 EPS almost triples
(CercleFinance.com) - Airbus Group has published FY 2017 EPS of 3.
71 euros, against 1.29 euro in 2016, with adjusted EBIT of 4.3 billion euros, against under 4 billion euros in 2016.
Turnover was flat at 66.8 billion euros, with increased aircraft deliveries offset by a fall in revenues caused by changes in the group's consolidation scope, with new orders increasing 18% to 158 billion euros.
With a backlog of 997 billion euros as of 31 December 2017, Airbus Group has proposed a dividend that is up 11% at 1.50 euro per share for 2017, expecting about 20% growth in adjusted EBIT in 2018.
