Airbus: ATR contract of over $100 M with Bangkok Airways
(CercleFinance.com) - The Thai Bangkok Airways and ATR have signed a contract to buy four additional ATR 72-600s.
The contract was signed at the Singapore Air Show.
The transaction is worth over 100 million dollars. It will enable the airline to continue to modernise its regional fleet.
Today, Bangkok Airways operates a fleet of 15 ATR aircraft, nine ATR 72-600s and six ATR 72-500s that will be gradually replaced by the new ATR-600s. These four additional aircraft will be delivered from October 2018 to March 2019.
