Airbus: first flight of A330-800 scheduled in mid-2018
(CercleFinance.com) - Airbus has announced that the newest member of the A330neo family, the A330-800, has rollen out of the paintshop and is en route for its first flight in mid-2018.
The A330-800 is the new generation of the A330neo family with 250 seats and double aisles. The aircraft can fly very long distances of up to 8,150 nm.
The A330-800 should enjoy the same versatility as the A330-200, its popularity and reasons for its success, offering new cost savings.
