Airbus: fall in results for 1st half-year.
(CercleFinance.com) - Airbus announces net profits of 1,503 million euros over the first six months of 2017 compared with 1,761 million the previous year, with adjusted EBIT of 1,099 million euros compared with 1,679 million.
Income is stable at 28.7 billion euros, despite consolidation scope changes within Defence and Space. Orders have gone up to 37.2 billion, taking the order book up to 981 billion euros as at 30 June.
Airbus confirms its targets for 2017: before mergers and acquisitions, the aircraft manufacturer anticipates an improvement of a few percentage points of adjusted EBIT and adjusted EPS compared with 2016.
