Airbus: delivers the 100th A350 XWB.
(CercleFinance.com) - Airbus announces the delivery of its 100th A350 XWB, only 30 months after the first delivery in December 2014 of this widebody aircraft.
This 100th A350-900 was delivered to China Airlines.
“[We are] on track to meet the target of 10 A350 deliveries per month by the end of 2018,” declared Fabrice Brégier, Airbus COO and President Commercial Aircraft.
Today, the A350, delivered to 14 companies all over the world, is flying with an outstanding operational reliability rate of 99%. “This is a remarkable statistic at this early stage of the programme,” Fabrice Brégier adds.
