STMicro: appointments on supervisory board
(CercleFinance.com) - The members of STMicro's supervisory board have appointed Mr.
Maurizio Tamagnini as Chairman and Mr. Nicolas Dufourcq as Vice-Chairman of its supervisory board, for a term of three years, expiring after its AGM of 2023.
These appointments were made following its AGM, held today in Schiphol, the Netherlands.
