STMicro: early redemption of its $400m convertible bonds.
(CercleFinance.com) - STMicroelectronics has announced the early redemption of its 400 million dollar convertible bond issue, which has a coupon and which are due in 2021.
Following this redemption, the bonds will be cancelled and there will be no other bond in issue that is due in 2021.
As an alternative to the redemption of the Bonds, each Bondholder may exercise its Conversion Rights to convert its Bonds into Shares, cash or a combination of Shares and cash.
