Heineken: Bryan Garnier hails outlook in N. & S. America
(CercleFinance.com) - Bryan Garnier has reiterated its "buy" rating on the Heineken stock, along with its fair value of 101 euros, in a report about the brewer's businesses in the Americas, which represents around a quarter of its revenues and operating profit.
The broker believes that over the next three years the group could report annual sales growth of 6% in this area, along with 12% growth in operating profit, helped by its operating lever and an efficiency drive in Brazil.
"That performance in the Americas supports our increase in operating profit forecast for 2018 and 2019 by respectively 2.1% and 3.6%," the broker continues in its research report on the Dutch brewer.
