KPN: successful green hybrid bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday KPN announced that it had successfully placed hybrid green bonds totaling 500 million euros, in an operation that was oversubscribed to almost six times.
The Dutch telecoms group said that the hybrid green bond, which has an annual coupon of 6% and a maturity date of 2027, will be listed on the Euronext Dublin segment.
With a demand of almost three billion euros from different players in the finance sector, the operation was warmly welcomed by institutional investors, KPN said.
