ArcelorMittal: E600m bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - ArcelorMittal has announced the issue of a bond bearing interest at 4.
875%, maturing in 2026, totaling 600 million euros.
In a statement published yesterday evening, the world's leading steelmaker said that the proceeds of the issue will be used to finance the company's general corporate needs and to refinance debt.
The issue is part of the company's 10 billion euro Medium Notes (EMTN) program.
