ArcelorMittal: takes over Bordeaux based company Exosun
(CercleFinance.com) - Last night ArcelorMittal announced that it has been appointed by the Commercial Court of Bordeaux to take over the assets of Exosun, a company which provides monitoring systems for solar farms.
Based in Martillac near Bordeaux, Exosun designs and manufactures steel "trackers" for photovoltaic panels, to enable them to follow the sun's path.
With ten years' experience, the target, which employs 43 people, has delivered its equipment to over 55 solar farms around the world, which represents a cumulative installed capacity of 700 megawatts.
