SES: ultra-HD content for Latin America
(CercleFinance.com) - SES today announced the launch of its Ultra HD platform to accelerate commercial 4K deployments with the main cable television suppliers, IPTV and live satellite TV across Latin America.
Many prominent Latin American pay-TV providers are already testing SES' new Ultra HD solution.
This new solution for Latin America will be launched with four Ultra HD channels, including NASA TV UHD, produced by Harmonic, as well as SES' Ultra HD demonstration channel. The group plans to add new channels and content produced in other Latin American countries, including Mexico and soon Brazil.
