Toyota: premieres new GR Supra in Detroit
(CercleFinance.com) - The new Toyota GR Supra is being showcased at the International Auto Show in Detroit (NAIAS).
The new Toyota GR Supra has been designed as a sports car in its purest form. Following the classic design of a front-mounted six-cylinder in-line and rear-wheel drive, Chief Engineer Tetsuya Tada has followed the legacy of the model's previous generations and the 2000GT.
The 3.0-litre engine, equipped with a double-entry turbocharger, boasts 340 hp and a Maximum torque of 500 N･m.
All Toyota GR Supra will be built in Graz, Austria, with the first cars delivered at the end of 2019.
