Toyota: aims to recruit 200 for its network
(CercleFinance.com) - Toyota France intends to recruit over 200 employees over the next few months, in order to reinforce its sales and after-sales teams (advisers for new and second hand vehicles, technicians and mechanics, commercial advisors for service or spare parts and accessories) of authorised dealers and repairers.
The group also announces plans to open four commercial schools (Paris, Lyon, Toulouse, Nantes) and two after-sales schools (École Nationale des Professions de l'Automobile G.A.R.A.C in Argenteuil, near Paris, and an automotive training centre in Albi).
Recruiting and offering training tailored to each profile will enable Toyota to support its strong growth in France. Thanks to the group's training programs, it will be able to train employees in the specificities of hybrid-electric technology, as well as provide them with the values that are fundamental to the group, said Agnès Longue-Brooche, Head of Human Resources and Training at Toyota France.
