WPP: buys Indian agency The Glitch for undisclosed sum

(CercleFinance.com) - British advertising group WPP has acquired a majority stake in Indian digital agency The Glitch for an undisclosed price, its latest move into one of the world's most dynamic economies.


The Glitch was founded in 2009 and employs around 200 people in Mumbai and Delhi, WPP said.

The agency, which specialises in digital, video and content strategy, as well as interactive design technology, ecommerce, branding and media planning - has clients including Unilever, Netflix and Tinder.
