Glencore: to delist shares from Hong Kong.
(CercleFinance.com) - Global miner Glencore said it will apply to delist its shares from the Hong Kong market in early 2018, due to low trading volumes in the shares.
The company said it plans to propose to delist its shares from the Hong Kong Exchange on 31 January.
As of 30 October 2017, Glencore had 37,922,218 shares listed in Hong Kong, representing approximately 0.3% of the company's total issued share capital.
