Pirelli: Q3 net profit up 6.6%
(CercleFinance.com) - Italian tyre maker Pirelli has reported Q3 net profit of 83.
9 million euros, up 6.6% y-o-y.
Sales reached 1.27 billion, down 1.5% in organic terms y-o-y.
Over the first nine months of the year, sales fell 19.3% in organic terms and Pirelli recorded a net loss of 17.8 million euros (compared with a profit of 385.7 million euros a year ago).
For FY 2020, Pirelli expects sales volumes to decline by 17% to 18%. In particular, it has a cautious outlook for Europe, due to the resurgence of the pandemic.
