Moncler: deal with Covivio for future HQ
(CercleFinance.com) - Covivio announced on Thursday that it has signed a 15-year pre-lease agreement with Moncler for a future building that will house the Italian clothing group's new headquarters by the end of 2024.
The building, located in the south of Milan, will house all of the brand's employees based in northern Italy, currently spread over three different sites, in some 38,000 m2.
The project is to be built in the heart of the "Symbiosis" business district developed by Covivio, which is already home to groups such as Fastweb, Boehringer Ingelheim, LVMH, SNAM, as well as several Mars group companies.
The building, designed by the international architecture and interior design studio Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, will incorporate the highest standards of sustainability and well-being.
It will pay particular attention to indoor air quality, thermal comfort and natural light.
