Moncler: share up thanks to broker's comments

(CercleFinance.com) - The Moncler share is up 0.
7% today, outperforming the market in Milan (FTSE MIB: -0.5%), benefiting from Jefferies upgrading its rating on the stock from “hold” to “buy,” while maintaining its target price at 40 euros for the Italian apparel maker.

The broker highlights the share price's recent correction (-25% since its June peak; -16% last month) and underlines that the stock is trading below its average multiples seen over the last five years, in line with 2015.

The broker's forecasts already take into account a normalisation of growth in Asia, but it still believes that momentum is strong and that the increasing concentration on the brand image will bear dividends in the medium term, it continues.
