TIM: receives offer for fixed network
(CercleFinance.com) - TIM announces that it has received a non-binding offer from a consortium formed by CdP Equity (CDPE) and Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (Europe), acting on behalf of MAM Funds, for the purchase of 100% of Telecom Italia's fixed network, including FiberCop's assets and operations, as well as the stake in Sparkle.
The offer, which expires on 31 March 2023, will be subject to the preliminary review of the Related Parties Committee, in accordance with the regulations applicable to CdP Equity, as a related party of TIM, and will then be brought to the attention of the Board of Directors, if possible at the meeting already scheduled for 15 March 2023, or at another date to be defined.
