Telecom Italia: Vivendi still confident in Amos Genish
(CercleFinance.com) - Last night, Telecom Italia denied the press reports that mentioned the forthcoming departure of its CEO, Amos Genish.
Mr Genish said that he is fully committed to the recovery of Telecom Italia and the development of the group's strategic plan for 2018-2020, which for he believes is a long-term project that is both personal and professional.
Arnaud de Puyfontaine, both executive chairman of the Italian telecom operator and chairman of Vivendi's executive board, added that on behalf of Telecom Italia's board of directors and as COO of its largest shareholder (i.e. Vivendi, ed.), he confirms that he is fully confident in Amos Genish.
