Eni: towards more cooperation in agricultural sector
(CercleFinance.com) - Eni announces that it has signed a MoU with CNH Industrial and Iveco Group on possible joint social development initiatives in countries of common interest in the fields of agriculture, sustainable mobility and education, contributing to their respective industries.
Specifically, the parties want to improve the value chain in the agricultural sector in order to promote food security, increase agricultural efficiency and market access for farmers - including the development of solutions for more sustainable logistics and the movement of goods and people.
Eni said that the three major private companies are pooling their expertise and experience in the development of cooperation projects, technical training and mechanisation to promote access to education and economic diversification in the areas concerned.
