ENI: may invest in Adnoc refinery business

9% in Milan today, with the Italian oil and gas supposedly interested in taking a stake of up to 8 billion dollars in the refinery business of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), according to Bloomberg.
Citing Bloomberg, Aurel BGC reports that Adnoc, which is looking for a long-term partner, is studying the offers of Eni and its Austrian peer OMV for a 40% stake in this business - although an agreement might not be announced before 2019.
