Generali: Oddo raises target price
(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo BHF reiterates its "buy" recommendation on the Generali share, having increased its corresponding target price from 16 euros to 16.
5 euros, to incorporate its new EPS estimates (raised by around 3.5% in 2021) following the Italian insurer's CMD.
The broker says that its new forecasts, which take into account additional cost savings and the impact of Cattolica's contribution, in which it has a 24.46% stake, remain cautious (4.7% EPS CAGR over the term of the plan).
However, the market doesn't seem to think the same - at least not today - the share is currently down about 1.5% at 14 euros in Milan.
