Linde: hydrogen production capacity increased in US
(CercleFinance.com) - Linde announced on Thursday that it will increase its hydrogen production capacity in the US to meet growing demand.
The industrial gas manufacturer plans to build a new 35-megawatt (MW) electrolyzer that will produce green hydrogen in the Niagara Falls region of New York state.
The electrolyser, which is the largest that Linde has ever built, will double its green hydrogen production capacity in the country and meet the growing needs of industries such as aerospace, electronics and manufacturing.
The new facilities are expected to be up and running by 2025.
