Ryanair: Crédit Suisse raises target price

(CercleFinance.com) - Credit Suisse reiterates its "outperform" rating on the Ryanair stock, while raising its corresponding target price by 14% to 17.
23 euros, believing that news of a vaccine gives hope that the airline will be able to resume full traffic in the summer of 2022.

The broker expects the Irish group to restore its capacity as soon as possible, and for the summer of 2022 (first half of FY 2022-23) estimates a 10% increase in capacity compared with the summer of 2019 (first half of 2019-20).

Crédit Suisse now anticipates a small profit of 199 million euros for FY2021-22, compared with a loss of 156 million euros previously, with it increasing its earnings estimate for FY 022-23 by 26% to 1,245 million euros.
