Ryanair: H1 net profit flat
(CercleFinance.com) - Ryanair has published H1 (to end-September) net profit that is flat at 1.
15 billion euros, or nearly 1.025 euro per share, for revenues that are up 11% at 5.39 billion euros.
The Irish low-cost airlin saw its passenger numbers increase by 11% to 85.7 million, with a stable load factor of 96%, and revenue per passenger up 1%, thanks to ancillary revenue.
Cautious in its outlook for the rest of the year, Ryanair's management has tightened its target FY 2019-20 net profit range to between 800 million and 900 million euros.
