Together with Accenture, the company aims to take its digital customer engagement to the next level, through the implementation of a new scalable system and a customised content catalogue, said Giuseppe Cunetta, director of marketing and digital at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group.
Accenture will leverage its SynOps platform to simplify, automate and scale MediaMarktSaturn's content offerings and differentiation.
