Accenture: acquires Xoomworks Group
(CercleFinance.com) - Accenture has announced the acquisition of Xoomworks Group, a consulting and technology company that is specialised in procurement technology, digital innovation and software solutions development.
The acquisition will expand Accenture's capabilities to help clients accelerate their business and procurement transformation using the company's technology, it said. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in London, the Xoomworks team of more than 250 professionals will join Accenture in the UK, France, Germany, Romania, Bulgaria, Denmark and Sweden.
