Accenture: teams up with Best Buy on technology innovation
(CercleFinance.com) - Accenture said that it is teaming up with Best Buy to help the US consumer electronics retailer accelerate technology innovation and boost its digital and technology team.
Over the next five years, the two companies will work together to advance Best Buy's technology strategy in areas such as data science, information security, product development, and user experience design, they said.
Accenture said it will provide Best Buy with access to its learning and development programs, including its library of online training courses and its 12-week training boot camps for technology staff.
Best Buy plans to hire 1,000 employees in its digital and technology teams.
