Accenture: wins cloud migration contract from Halliburton
(CercleFinance.com) - Accenture said on Friday that it has won a five year contract to move Halliburton's digital ressources and business applications on Microsoft's cloud platform Azure.
The consulting giant said that it will leverage its cloud migration framework, which brings industrialized capabilities together with automation, to accelerate the oil-field services company's data center migration.
The companies expect to complete the migration by 2022.
