Accenture: buys US engineering services firm Fairway
(CercleFinance.com) - Consulting giant Accenture said on Wednesday that it has agreed to buy Fairway Technologies, a provider of engineering services, to help its clients manage software-based platforms.
Fairway - which has over 80 employees - has offices in San Diego and Irvine (California), as well as Austin (Texas).
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
