(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday Accenture announced the acquisition of Parker Fitzgerald, a London based firm that is specialised in financial risk management; the terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The US consulting giant explains that the acquisition of the strategic consulting firm, whose clients are leading financial institutions, will enable it to strengthen its finance and risk business.
Parker Fitzgerald was founded in 2008, in the middle of the global financial crisis.
