Accenture: buys Spanish brand communications firm
(CercleFinance.com) - Consulting firm Accenture said on Monday that it has agreed to buy Spanish brand communications agency Shackleton, which creates advertising campaigns and digital content.
Shackleton will expand Accenture's ability to design, build and run integrated brand experiences for clients in Spain and Latin America, the company said.
Shackleton creates campaigns and digital content for clients across various industries, including brands such as online bank Abanca, the rail operator Renfe and the transportation app Uber.
Headquartered in Madrid, Shackleton has offices in Barcelona and Santiago, Chile.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
