Accenture: finalises an acquisition
(CercleFinance.com) - On Monday Accenture announced the finalisation of the acquisition of Altima, a French agency specialising in digital commerce that was founded in 1997 and installed in Roubaix (Nord region).
This acquisition, which was announced on 17 October, follows Accenture's recent announcement of its intention to buy the Irish creative agency Rothco. It strengthens Accenture Interactive's capabilities in France and on other key markets such as North America and China, advising companies on differentiated and engaging experience, building existing customer loyalty and attracting new ones.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
