Accenture: buys Brazilian company Concrete Solutions.
(CercleFinance.com) - Consulting firm Accenture said on Tuesday that it has agreed to buy Concrete Solutions, a Brazilian company which specializes in Agile software.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2001, Concrete Solutions has over 400 employees across three locations in Brazil, Accenture said.
The IT group also said that it completed the acquisition of Phase One, a US-based consulting company specializing in digital transformation for the federal market.
