TechnipFMC: repurchases over $400 m of bonds
(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday evening TechnipFMC announced the first results of its tender offer for a 6.
5% dollar-denominated senior bond issue due to mature in 2026.
At the end of its offer, which expired last night, the company said it had repurchased a total aggregate amount of 430.2 million dollars in bonds.
This exceeds the 320 million dollar target that the oil and gas group had originally set when it launched the deal.
Listed on the New York Stock Exchange, TechnipFMC shares ended up around 4% at yesterday's close.
