Compass: Morgan Stanley cuts target price
(CercleFinance.com) - Morgan Stanley has repeated its "equal weight" recommendation on Compass Group, although has cut its target price for the share from 1580 pence to 1520 pence, saying that it is "inclined to be cautious" ahead of the British catering group's annual results.
"We think Compass's upcoming FY18 results will be more interesting than usual," the broker says, which is awaiting comments on the group's Q4 organic sales, contract exits and labour costs.
