7% more passengers in January year-on-year, a performance that is in line with current expectations, the low-cost airline said on Tuesday.
The airline carried 5.16 million passengers last month, up from the 4.75 million it flew in the same month a year ago, while its load factor - a measure of how the company fills its planes - rose 2.2 percentage points to 88.4 percent.
The shares, which are listed on the London Stock Exchange, were down 2.9% at 1,594 pence after these numbers.
