Reckitt Benckiser: Warren Tucker to remain on board
(CercleFinance.com) - British consumer goods group Reckitt Benckiser said that it has asked Warren Tucker to remain on its board of directors and as a member of its audit committee for another 12 months, despite Mr.
Tucker intending to retire this year.
Tucker - who joined the board in 2010 - has now agreed to stand for re-election at the 2019 AGM and to extend his tenure on the RB board until the AGM of May 2020.
For the record, André Lacroix recently stepped down from the RB board.
